The company was founded in 1999 and it was the first official operator in domestic OTP market. Foundation of the company and it’s activity became a catalyst of OTP market formation and it’s development. During its activity FCH has presented more than 100 new brands of machine-made and hand-made cigars, pipe, RYO, hookah-tobacco and snuff as well as accompanying accessories of world famous producers to Ukrainian customers.

‘Fortuna’ Cigar House is a dynamicly developing company. At the moment staff of FCH consists of 400 employees, but this number has been constantly increasing as the business activity of the company expands.

7 company branches fulfill orders and deliver OTP to retail outlets in the following cities: Kiev, Odessa, Dniepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkov, Lvov, Krivoy Rog, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kherson, Lugansk, Crimea.

FCH distribution network covers 22 largest Ukrainian cities.

FCH direct distribution covers more than 4000 retail outlets all over Ukraine.

For qualitative presentation of OTP in retail net FCH has implemented standard trade equipment. At the moment more than 2000 units of firm FCH displays for storing and presentation of hand- and machine-made cigars, tobacco and accessories are installed all over the country.

FCH consider HoReCa – channel as the most perspective to promote premium hand-made cigars. The company was the first who worked out and implemented the standards of hand-made cigars presentation for Ukrainian HoReCa, including compulsory providing humidors, cigar menu and training programs for personnel.
